Slow lorises are heavily threatened by deforestation, wildlife trafficking, and illegal pet trade videos that circulate online. Many people don’t realize the immense suffering caused by the pet trade, slow lorises are never suitable as pets.

Native to the tropical forests of Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand.

Tree sap, nectar, fruits, insects, small reptiles, and sometimes bird eggs.
Their slow, careful movements make them excellent ambush foragers.
