As an Autism Certified Centre, we are committed to:

Guided Tours for a Safe and Comfortable Visit
To ensure a calm, structured, and personalised experience, we offer guided tours only for guests who require sensory-friendly visits. These tours are led by our trained educators who understand how to create a supportive environment that suits varying sensory needs.

Throughout the zoo, there are designated Quiet Zones where guests can take a break and regulate sensory input. Our team is always available to assist or guide you to these areas.
