The Zoo Plus Ticket grants the holder full-day access to the zoo premises during regular operating hours on the selected date.

Includes one animal presentation of your choice, subject to availability and the daily presentation schedule.

Animal presentations may vary by day and time and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Visitors must check the daily schedule upon arrival

Children aged below 3 years enter free with a valid accompanying adult ticket holder (Proof of age may be required upon entry.)

Tickets are valid only on the date selected at the time of purchase and are non-transferable.

Re-entry is allowed only with a valid wristband or hand stamp, subject to Zoo rules.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-replaceable if lost, and cannot be exchanged for another date or service, unless the zoo is closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

The zoo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule animal presentations without prior notice due to weather, animal health, or operational needs.

All visitors must comply with zoo safety guidelines, signage, and instructions from zoo staff at all times.

Guests behaving disruptively or endangering animals or others may be removed without refund.

Visitors may take photos for personal use only. Commercial photography or videography requires prior approval.

The zoo operates in all weather conditions, but some attractions or presentations may be delayed or suspended for safety.

The zoo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests are encouraged to keep belongings secure.
