One animal presentation of your choice – subject to availability and daily schedule

Daily access: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Event Zone is located at Zoo Square within Emirates Park Zoo

Free giveaways are available while supplies last

Present your E-ticket at the ticket window to redeem

Presentations are on a first-come, first-served basis

Visit the animal presentation desk on arrival to reserve your spot

Access to water-based activities may be temporarily limited for crowd control

Proper swimwear is required for foam and pool areas

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times

Emirates Park Zoo & Resort reserves the right to refuse access for safety or operational reasons

This ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable

Lost or duplicated tickets will not be reissued

Event activities may be modified or cancelled due to weather or safety concerns

Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer

Tickets must be used on the date of purchase

Tickets are void if sold or transferred for commercial gain

Once purchased, no modifications or cancellations are allowed

Children aged 1 and 2 years enter for free

•  All guests must comply with zoo rules and safety regulations.
•  Children under 36 months will be allowed will be free of charge.
•  Children between ages of 3 to 12 will be charged regulary.

• • The Zoo Explorer Ticket Provides unlimited access to animal shows, including Sealion Presentation, Elephants Encounter, bird presentation, and multi-species exhibition.  
    • Subject to show schedules.
